  This boots is one of the biggest I have seen and offers lots of different products from everyday toiletries and cosmetics to baby clothes and gift sets. There are two floors with an option and pharmacy on the ground floor and beauty and fragrance counters on the first floor. There is a customer lift, stairs and an escalator.

  Pharmacy is obviously understaffed or their systems don't work. I don't think I've ever been to pick up a prescription in the last year without a problem - even if I've called ahead to make sure it is ready to collect. I request them a week early to avoid these problems but it seems to have no impact. Avoid unless you want a stressful experience.

  As a pharmacy I would suggest people to go to boots outside Glades, at the other end of the shopping, it is less busy and usually faster. It makes sense a pharmacy inside a shopping being busy, sadly there is not enough staff to deal with so many requests, however staff is very polite and helpful. Lots of "islands" of different brands of cosmetics where you can have a 1 to 1 advice. It is expensive in the mini club for baby clothes, sometimes worth it on sale. Sadly the stock is very disappointing, I've been there several times and came out without the thing I wanted... The store is big but not enough stock. Bounty packs, Emma's diary offers, freebies, you are lucky if you get it. We are in March and I've been trying to get a bounty box since December.... Laughable to be honest. If I ask when they will get next shipment, they answer everyday (right....). I gave three stars because the staff is nice, otherwise I would be given less.
